leaders honored at The Stree LeadHER Awards 2026 held at Hotel Greenpark, JP
Nagar, on Sunday. The event doubled as an Indian Book of Records attempt for
“365 Women · One Stage · One Historic Day.”
Sharvani,
a communications leader with over five years of experience across corporate,
public, and social sectors, was recognized for her work in transforming
organizational purpose into narratives that build trust and scale impact.
“Leadership
is about giving to gain,” said Sharvani, referencing her core philosophy. “We
help clients gain clarity, credibility, and influence by turning complex
missions into stories that resonate with stakeholders, media, and the public.”
Founded
during the COVID-19 pandemic, SHARVANI GROUP specializes in strategic

“I
started this business by observing my husband’s work during COVID. His support
was crucial in shaping my goals,” Sharvani said. “Today, I balance both family
and business while staying focused on delivering purpose-driven outcomes for
clients through media and the social sector.”

LeadHER Awards, organized by The Stree - Love Thyself, celebrate women who
“Lead. Innovate. Inspire". Founder Bhavana described the honorary
nominations as “a personal recognition of the impact these women have created
and the inspiring journeys they’ve lived.”
