Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
[India], April 23 : CognoSpace, an education solutions provider
focused on experiential and technology-enabled learning, has expanded its
footprint to over 150 schools across more than 9 states in India, impacting
upwards of 100,000 students on a weekly basis. They also boast an excellent
program renewal rate of over 98%
The company specialises
in designing and implementing Composite Skill Labs that aim to bridge the gap
between theoretical classroom instruction and real-world application. With
increasing emphasis on skill-based education under the National Education
Policy (NEP) 2020, CognoSpace’s offerings are positioned to support schools in
transitioning towards more practical and outcome-driven learning environments.
Founded by Santosh
Ballu and Satish Garla, alumni of BITS Pilani with over 15 years of corporate
experience, the company has scaled its operations within three years of
inception to become a national-level education solutions provider. CognoSpace
follows a research and development-driven approach, designing and manufacturing
its own learning tools and lab infrastructure.
The company’s product
ecosystem includes a portfolio of over 600 structured activities across 30
modules covering STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and
life skills (Financial Literacy & Personality Development). These modules
incorporate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI),
Robotics, Augmented reality (AR), Drones, and 3D modelling, enabling students
to gain early exposure to future-focused domains.
CognoSpace’s Composite
Skill Labs are designed as plug-and-play solutions that combine physical
infrastructure, curriculum, and teacher training into a single integrated
system. This allows schools to deploy the labs with relatively low operational
complexity while ensuring alignment with evolving education standards.
In addition to physical
labs, the company offers a digital ecosystem through its Learning Management
System (LMS), which supports structured curriculum delivery, performance
tracking, and engagement monitoring. This integrated approach enables schools
to systematically implement skill-based learning while maintaining academic
continuity.
According to the
company, its solutions are aligned not only with NEP 2020 but also with the
National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCF-SE) 2023. The platform
is also designed to support schools in meeting upcoming requirements related to
Composite Skill Labs, as outlined by education boards.
Schools have also
reported smoother adoption of skill-based frameworks through structured
implementation models.
CognoSpace’s
multidisciplinary approach extends beyond STEM to include life skills such as
financial literacy and personality development, aiming to create a more
holistic learning experience for students.
With continued
expansion plans, the company aims to further strengthen its presence across
India and support schools in building innovation-driven ecosystems that prepare
students for future academic and professional challenges.
