Products LLP has successfully delivered a premium outdoor chair and table set
for a resort in Goa, strengthening its claim as a complete outdoor solutions
partner rather than a conventional furniture manufacturer. The installation was
designed to blend with the resort’s relaxed yet sophisticated hospitality
setting, combining visual appeal with the durability required for heat,
humidity, rain and coastal exposure. From design and material selection through
manufacturing, delivery and installation, the company handled the assignment as
one integrated project.
The
work came with a clear commercial constraint. The client wanted a premium
outdoor look on a tight budget, which forced a careful conversation on
materials rather than a simple cut in specification. Urbanland recommended
aluminium over cheaper alternatives, arguing that a lower-cost option might
look similar on day one but would not hold its finish, strength or outdoor
performance over time. That approach produced a set that looked premium, suited
the resort environment and was built for long-term use. For the company, the
exercise underlined a simple idea: value engineering is not about reducing cost
for its own sake, but about finding the right solution within the client’s
vision without compromising the final outcome.
The
delivery has also sharpened Urbanland’s reading of Goa as a market. With a
dense cluster of resorts, hotels, cafés, restaurants and other hospitality
businesses, the state offers substantial room for quality outdoor furniture
made for Indian conditions. Commenting on the project, Raj Shekhar, Founder and

That
chapter sits inside a wider offering. Urbanland supplies seating, planters,
pergolas, gazebos, shelters, poolside furniture, dustbins and bollards,
supported by CAD drawings, specifications, material guidance and on-site
execution. Its materials; WPC, aluminium and galvanised steel, are chosen for
demanding outdoor environments. The Goa resort project is therefore both a
completed delivery and a statement of intent: designed in India, made for the
