Winter is that time of year when every other home
seems to be filled with coughs, colds, and sniffles. The sudden change in
weather, the cool breeze, and shorter days can quietly lower our immunity, even
when we feel we are doing everything right. As a mother and a nutritionist,
I’ve learned that the secret to staying healthy in winter lies in consistency
and quality of nourishment. It’s not about quick fixes but about strengthening
the body from within.
Health begins with balance, and balance comes from
daily habits that align with nature. Strengthening inner defence, nature’s way
is good for you. When you choose organic, whole herbs you bring into your
