Delhi, India – The capital shimmered
with sugar, sparkle, and international cake stardom as India witnessed its
first-ever International Cake Awards on the glittering evening of April 11th,
hosted by the India & International Cake Magazine (IICM) – which has been a
pioneer in the cake industry in India.
An evening that celebrated edible art,
the awards brought together the world’s finest cake artists, global culinary
icons, and some of India’s best chefs under one roof for a celebration of
creativity, craftsmanship, and international collaboration like never before.

Exceptional Achievement in Edible Art (Russia), and being a judge for Cake
International UK, the world’s biggest cake show, Tina continues to inspire an
entire generation of sugar artists all over the country.

together,” Tina said during her keynote.
